Ο Νόρμαν θέλει να γίνει αστυνομικός όπως ήταν ο πατέρας του, αλλά αποτυγχάνει στο τεστ ύψους (μεταξύ άλλων). Μια μέρα βγάζει την παλιά στολή του πατέρα του και «περπατάει». Αυτό οδηγεί σε ένα επίπεδο χάους που μόνο ο Norman θα μπορούσε να προκαλέσει.
